Highlights of the privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice applies to all websites, mobile applications and software (hereinafter the “Platform” or “Other Services”) owned and operated by Prosperia Health S. A de C. V. (hereinafter referred to as “PROSPERiA”).
The “highlights of the Notice of Privacy practices” provide an overview of some central components of our data handling practices. We also offer the A Complete Privacy notice and our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any aspect of these documents, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform or other services in PROSPERiA.
Information collected
Usually PROSPERiA collects the following information:
- Information you share with us when you use our services. We collect and process your information when you use and access our services, register to receive information, answer quizzes, and / or contact Customer service. Between the information processed may include sensitive data and calculated self-declared such as the present health status or risk of development of a disease, which are subject to a strict process of extreme security to ensure the trust and intimacy of the holder of the personal data.
How we use collected information
The information collected is processed for one or more of the following objectives:
- To provide our services. We process the information collected to calculations of risk of disease, imaging, for assessment of disease risk, with personalized recommendations of other products or services, reporting, and/or power tools.
- To analyze and improve our services. We may use the information collected and/or calculated to evaluate the performance of our solutions, to identify and fix errors, enhance, and provide usage reports, and marketing.
- For the purposes of research. PROSPERiA may include part of the information collected and anonymized in a large set of data for analysis in order to make scientific discoveries, epidemiological studies and the development of new tools focused on improving the health, health maintenance, and medical care.
With whom do we share your personal data
Your personal data is automatically shared with anyone, either inside or outside the country:
- PROSPERiA not sell, lease, or rent any of your information on the individual level, nor any confidential information to a third party for research purposes without your explicit consent.
- We will not share your data with no public database.
- We do not provide sensitive data (such as name, address, telephone number), or medical information to any insurance company or employer without your consent.
- We will not provide information to the enforcement or regulatory authorities unless required by law to comply with a valid court order.
- PROSPERiA may share aggregated information for statistical purposes, or contact with some of its trading partners, which will always be easily identified through the appearance of its(s) logo(s) in the platform with which the user interacts.
How we protect information
PROSPERiA implements measures and systems to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data. These measures include:
- Encryption. PROSPERiA encrypts the confidential information for its transfer.
- Users receive in their reports of results a identification code, which must be kept in order to exercise your ARCO rights.
- Limited access to essential personnel. We limit access to information to authorised personnel in job functions, with strict access controls.
ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition)
To exercise the ARCO rights in respect of their personal and sensitive data, you or your duly accredited legal representative may initiate the procedure for the purpose of:
(i) to request access to the information that you have about your personal data;
(ii) rectify the information to correct any error that we have about you;
(iii) object to the processing of your data;
(iv) restrict their data to be used for a specific purpose or that may be shared with certain natural or legal persons;
(v) revoke your consent to the use of your personal data; and
(vi) request the deletion of your personal data from our database.

Risks and considerations
Some consequences are not considered to use our services, which include:
- The discovery of things about your health or the health of your family members that can be uncomfortable or cause anxiety, and it is possible that you do not have the ability to control or change.
