All protected health information (PHI) that is collected through the different solutions offered by PROSPERiA, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). PROSPERiA account with a Business Associate Addendum (BAA) with AWS infrastructure and cloud services used, comply with the recommendations of the HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). 

PROSPERiA account with a strict access control, monitoring of flow of services in the cloud, in addition to other warranties, technical and administrative, in accordance with the Security Rules of HIPAA.
